At jiahongcrafts.com, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom metal products. Since our products are custom-made to your specific designs and requirements, we handle returns and refunds with the following specialized policy:

1. The Nature of Custom Products

Please understand that custom-made items (such as medals, pins, and trophies with specific logos or text) cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or errors made by the buyer during the ordering process.

2. Seller’s Responsibility (Defects or Errors)

If there is a confirmed issue caused by Jiahong Crafts, such as:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Structural damage or significant material flaws.

  • Production Errors: The final product significantly differs from the approved design proof (e.g., wrong color, wrong spelling, or incorrect size).

  • Missing Items: Shipped quantity is less than the ordered quantity.

In these cases, we will:

  • Provide a Partial or Full Refund depending on the severity of the issue.

  • Or, Redo and Re-ship the affected items at our expense.

3. Buyer’s Responsibility

If an issue arises due to buyer’s error, such as:

  • Providing low-resolution or incorrect design files.

  • Approving a design proof that contains typos or wrong colors.

  • Choosing the wrong material or size during the inquiry stage.

In these cases, refunds are generally not provided. However, we value our long-term partnership. Please contact our support team, and we will do our best to provide a discounted solution for a re-order.

4. Shipping & Damage

We ensure all products are securely packaged before leaving our facility (No. 136, Haihua Road). If items are damaged during transit, please provide:

  1. Photos of the damaged packaging and products.

  2. The tracking number and shipping label. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work on a replacement solution.

5. How to Start a Claim

All claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Please send your order number, detailed description, and photographic evidence to:
