  • Q: Can I get a free design or rendering?

    • A: Yes! Our professional design team provides free 2D/3D digital proofs once we receive your logo or basic ideas. We ensure you are 100% satisfied with the design before we start the molding process.

  • Q: What file formats do you accept for my design?

    • A: We prefer vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS. However, we also accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PSD files. Don’t worry if you only have a rough sketch—our designers can help vectorize it for you.

2. Production & Quality

  • Q: How long does production take?

    • A: Generally, the molding and sampling process takes 5-7 days. Mass production typically takes 12-15 days, depending on the complexity of the design and the order quantity.

  • Q: Can you handle urgent orders?

    • A: Yes, we have a robust supply chain. For rush orders, we can often complete production within 7-10 days. Please notify our sales team immediately if you have a tight deadline.

  • Q: Do you offer samples before mass production?

    • A: Absolutely. We can provide a pre-production sample for your approval. Note that sample fees may apply to cover the mold cost, but this fee is usually refundable for large-volume orders.

3. Shipping & Payment

  • Q: Which shipping methods do you use?

    • A: We partner with reliable carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT for fast door-to-door delivery (3-5 days). For larger orders, we also offer air freight and sea freight options to save on costs.

  • Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

    • A: We accept payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Trade Assurance is highly recommended as it offers the best protection for your order.

  • Q: Will I have to pay import duties?

    • A: Import duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations. Usually, these are paid by the recipient. We can assist by providing the correct HS codes and commercial invoices to facilitate customs clearance.

  • Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
